This is work was made for an assignment which required students to integrate a handmade ceramic form with a found object.

Protest Banner Project

This is work was made for an assignment which required students to design and create a fabric and felt banner expressing a viewpoint they believe in. The project is based on the work of Chicago artist Aram Han Sifuentes.

The Project space is an area that had been occupied by metal racks used for storage for clay classes, which I converted to a gallery space in the summer of 2017. These are examples of the ways that space has been used in its first two years.

Faux Taxidermy Project

This project required students to create a form based on wall-mounted taxidermy heads, but open to a wide range of subject matter, including fantasy characters.
